70cl / 52.5% / The Cooper’s Choice – A 2010 Aultmore single malt from The Cooper’s Choice that was initially matured in American oak, before being finished in a single Pineau des Charentes cask and bottled in 2021. Aromas of peaches, strawberries, raspberries, raisins and oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, dried fruit, liquorice, cinnamon, mint and marzipan throughout the palate.
