Ballechin 2011 / 10 Year Old / Bourbon Cask Highland Whisky

50cl / 59% / Distillery Bottling – A 2011 Ballechin single malt from Edradour distillery that was matured in a single bourbon cask for a decade, before being bottled in March 2022 as part of its range of peated whiskies. The palate offers notes of rich smoke, baked apples, vanilla, peppery spice, earthy oak and burnt caramel that linger in the finish.
