Ballechin 2011 / 11 Year Old / Oloroso Sherry Cask Highland Whisky

50cl / 59.6% / Distillery Bottling – A 2011 Ballechin peated single malt from Edradour distillery that was matured in a single oloroso sherry cask for 11 years, before being bottled in October 2022. The palate is smoky and fruity, with notes of smouldering peat, vanilla pods, dried fruit, oaky spice, baking spices and black pepper that linger in the finish.
