Ben Nevis 2012 / Madeira Cask Finish / Mossburn Highland Whisky

70cl / 57.7% / Mossburn – This nine-year-old single cask expression from independent bottler Mossburn was finished in an ex-Madeira hogshead. Distilled at Ben Nevis distillery in 2012, the nose displays aromas of old leather, sweet malt, butterscotch and mellow spice, followed by banana, beeswax and tobacco throughout the palate.
