70cl / 60.7% / Berry Bros & Rudd – Bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd, this 2010-vintage Benriach was finished for two years in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. The sherry-filled nose is dry and spicy, with hints of sticky gingerbread. The palate is unapologetically bold, with notes of pepper and sweet plum wine – making this a perfect pairing for sweet desserts. Try adding a small amount of water to bring out the hidden notes of fruit and oak.
