Cedar Ridge Single Malt American Single Malt Whiskey

70cl / 40% – A single malt whiskey from Iowa, made using two-row pale barley and matured in a range of casks, including wine barrels from Cedar Ridge Winery. Aromas of toffee apples, heather honey, pears and caramelised walnuts fill the nose, complemented by notes of leather, vanilla, oak, dark chocolate, red cherries and blackberries.
