Dalmore 2005 / 17 Year Old / Connoisseurs Choice Highland Whisky

70cl / 56.2% / Gordon & MacPhail – Laden with soft, stewed fruit notes, this Dalmore was matured in an ex-bourbon cask and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Connoisseurs Choice range. There are jammy aromas of pear and apricot, leading to baked apples and hints of vanilla on the nose. The palate shows notes of grapefruit peel, elderflower and some touches of tropical fruit on the finish.
