70cl / 58.1% / Distillery Bottling – A 2008 Deanston single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for three years. Aromas of walnuts, almonds, caramel, oak, coffee, dark chocolate, sultanas and figs fill the nose, complemented by notes of dates, raisins, orange marmalade, vanilla, clove spice, strawberries and liquorice throughout the palate.
