70cl / 54.7% / Finn Thomson – A 1987 Dufftown single malt from independent bottler Finn Thomson Whisky that was matured in a single hogshead for 34 years, before being bottled in July 2022 as part of its Private Cask Collection. The palate is complex and layered, initially bursting with juicy tropical fruit and vanilla notes, before mellowing to dark chocolate, earthy nuts, caramel and rich malt that linger in the finish.
