70cl / 52.9% / Berry Bros & Rudd – A pleasant interplay between Dufftown’s nutty and spicy character and the round fruity notes of this lesser-seen cask finish. Pineau des Charentes is created when unfermented grape juice is added to Cognac and its cask brings a vibrancy to this malt which is reminiscent of butterscotch, apricot, marzipan and nutmeg.
