Edradour 2000 / 21 Year Old / Oloroso Finish Highland Whisky

70cl / 56.5% / Distillery Bottling – A 2000 Edradour single malt that was matured for 21 years, including time spent finishing in ex-oloroso sherry oak, and bottled in 2022. Aromas of sugared-almonds, honey, apricot, apple, vanilla and heather fill the nose, complemented by notes of dates, marzipan, oranges, caramelised apples and oak throughout the palate.
