Edradour 2001 / 21 Year Old / Sherry Cask Highland Whisky

70cl / 52.1% / Distillery Bottling – This is a small-batch release from Edradour that was matured for 21 years and finished in three ex-oloroso sherry casks before it was bottled in 2022. This mature single malt is an elegant expression of the distillery’s character and holds aromas of toffee apple, orange blossom and raisin on the nose, leading to rich notes of prune, caramel and ground almond on the palate.
