70cl / 55.3% / Carn Mor – This 1996 Glen Grant was matured in a single sherry butt for 27 years before being bottled as part of Carn Mor’s Celebration of the Cask series in 2023. It has a festive nose reminiscent of cinnamon, clove studded orange and nutmeg, with chewy, brown sugar cookies on the palate.
