Glenrothes 1986 / 36 Year Old / North Star Series 021 Speyside Whisky

70cl / 44.1% / North Star Spirits – A 1986 Glenrothes single malt from independent bottler North Star Spirits that was initially matured in a refill hogshead and finished in an oloroso hogshead, before being bottled in September 2022. Aromas of bracken, Scottish tablet and rooibos tea fill the nose, complemented by notes of dry vanilla, banana skins and raspberry throughout the palate.
