70cl / 51% / Signatory – This single malt was matured in a first-fill oloroso cask and bottled at cask strength as part of Signatory’s Symington’s Choice range. It has aromas of tropical fruit, chocolate gateau and cinnamon on the nose, leading to pleasant notes of raspberry coulis, nutmeg and allspice on the palate.
