70cl / 48.2% / Signatory – Part of Signatory’s Small Batch Edition, this 12-year-old single malt was matured in a combination of first-fill oloroso casks and ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of mille feuille, sultana and ground cinnamon fill the nose, with notes of shortbread, black pepper and chestnuts on the palate.
