70cl / 62.7% / House of Macduff – Aged for nine years in an ex-bourbon cask, this single malt from Glenrothes was bottled by House of Macduff as part of the Golden Cask range. Offering aromas of green apples, herbaceous malt, vanilla cream and buttery toasted oak on the nose, the palate joins in with notes of cooked stone fruits and marzipan-covered vanilla sponge cake.
