Glentauchers 1997 / 22 Year Old / Signatory for The Whisky Exchange Speyside Whisky

70cl / 46.6% – A 1997 Glentauchers single malt, matured in a bourbon cask for 22 years before being bottled by Signatory Vintage in August 2019, exclusively for The Whisky Exchange. Aromas of orchard fruits fill the nose, alongside custard tart, candied lemon and sultanas. The palate offers notes of sharp apple, stewed pears, tropical fruit cordial, liquorice and sweet nutmeg.
