Highland Park 15 Year Old / Viking Heart Island Whisky

70cl / 44% / Distillery Bottling – A rich and complex 15-year-old single malt from Highland Park, Viking Heart has been matured in a combination of both European and American oak sherry casks, as well as a handful of refill casks. Aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and cinnamon-topped apple crumble fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe pineapple, sun-kissed lemon, freshly-baked sponge cake and toasted cinnamon on the palate, with hints of vanilla, orange and aromatic peat lingering in the finish.
