Imperial 1995 / 24 Years Old / Single Malts of Scotland Speyside Whisky

70cl / 51.7% / Elixir Distillery – A 1995 Imperial single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single barrel for 24 years before being bottled in July 2020 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of honeysuckle and lilies mingle with cherry cola, biscuits, strawberries, toffee popcorn and sherbet lollies on the nose. The palate offers notes of freshly-baked pastries, warm custard, nectarines, elderflower and fruity rooibos tea.
