70cl / 50.7% / Signatory – A 1991 Islay single malt, bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by indie bottler Signatory Vintage, that was made at a mystery Islay distillery and matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 30 years. Aromas of soft peat smoke, baked apples, tar, chocolate, lime, leaves and beachside bonfires fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet smoke, chocolate limes, mint fondant, apples, damp oak, dark chocolate and mineral peat smoke throughout the palate.
