Linkwood 1990 / 30 Year Old / Sherry Cask / Connoisseurs Choice Speyside Whisky

70cl / 48.6% / Gordon & MacPhail – A 1990 Linkwood single malt from indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single first-fill sherry butt for three decades before being bottled in October 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Sweet aromas of treacle toffee and black cherries are joined by beeswax polish on the nose, complemented by notes of walnuts, orange, cinnamon and clove throughout the palate.
