50cl / 45% – An organic French single malt that was made in a collaboration between Maddam brewery in Chablis and Distillerie Moutard, made with blonde barley malt from the Souffet Maltings in Pithiviers and matured in a Ratafia de Bourgogne cask from Famille Moutard.
