70cl / 48% / Elixir Distillers – A 13-year-old Orkney single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, distilled at a mystery distillery on Orkney in 2007 and bottled in 2020 as part of its Reserve Cask series. Aromas of cedar wood, strawberry and vanilla jam, chocolate covered raisins and soft smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, cranberry juice, strawberry fondant, clove and toffee throughout the palate.
