Peerless 5 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon

75cl / 56.05% – A five-year-old bourbon from Peerless Distilling Co, Kentucky, that has spent its life in a single barrel, before being bottled at cask proof. Aromas of earthy chilli spice, peanut butter, mint, caramel and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of clove, black pepper, cardamom, dried fruit, cherries, orange peel and chocolate throughout the palate.
