Made for a small period each year using peated barley and matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels, it offers aromas of sea salt, iodine, seaweed and smoke that fill the nose. The palate holds notes of garden herbs, beach bonfires, salt driftwood and delicate malt throughout the palate.
