70cl / 50.6% / East Asia Whisky Company – A 1995 Springbank single malt from East Asia Whisky Company, Yurei (Ghost) Cat was matured for quarter of a century in a first-fill rum hogshead. This has created a palate full of tropical fruit and exotic spice notes, as well as a rich, oaky background and sweet veins of salted caramel that linger in the finish.
