70cl / 55.7% / Gordon & MacPhail – A 1991 Tormore single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail that was matured in a single refill sherry butt for three decades, before being bottled in December 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of blackcurrants, sweet apples, grapefruit, charred oak and dried fruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, cinnamon, ginger, raspberry compote, roasted hazelnuts and toasted almonds throughout the palate.
