70cl / 46% / Signatory – A 2009 Orkney single malt from indie bottler Signatory Vintage that was made at an undisclosed distillery and matured in a pair of hogsheads for 12 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
