70cl / 46% / Signatory – This single malt is part of Signatory’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection and was matured in second-fill bourbon casks. This has imparted aromas of toffee, milk chocolate and cinnamon on the nose, with notes of honeycomb, lemon zest and coconut husks on the palate.
