70cl / 55.4% / North Star Spirits – Indie bottler North Star has released this six-year-old whisky under its Obscurities & Curiosities banner. It was bottled from a single sherry butt and offers aromas of prune, cherry sauce and almond on the nose, leading to notes of dark chocolate, cracked black pepper and freshly ground coffee on the palate.
