70cl / 46.8% / Distillery Bottling – The second batch of single malt from Ardnamurchan distillery, AD/01.21:01 takes its name from the month and year it was bottled in – January 2021 – and the batch number for 2021. Made with a mix of peated and unpeated spirit, AD/01.21:01 has been matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. Aromas of nutmeg, toffee apples, crème Brulee, Seville orange, honey and nougat fill the nose, complemented by notes of grapefruit, marmalade, ripe pear, peach and campfire smoke throughout the palat
