70cl / 56.7% / Signatory – A 1996 Benrinnes single malt, bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by indie bottler Signatory Vintage in October 2022, that was matured in a single hogshead for 26 years. Aromas of fruit cake, baking spices, apples, malt loaf, vanilla and cream fill the nose, complemented by notes of crème pâtissière, oak spice, toffee apples, mint and vanilla throughout the palate.
