70cl / 53.7% / Distillery Bottling – This stunning limited-edition is part of the Bowmore Timeless Series which displays time’s effect on its Islay whisky. This 29-year-old single malt has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, imparting complex aromas of sherry-soaked raisin, orange peel and cherry blossom on the nose. This is complemented by layers of peat smoke and notes of dried fruit, milk chocolate and sea salt on the palate.
