Bushmills 2002 Vermouth Cask / Causeway Collection

70cl / 48.2% – This is the first-ever Irish single malt whiskey matured in ex-vermouth casks, released by Bushmills in late 2023. It was initially matured in ex-oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a finishing period. There are fruity and floral aromas of rose petals, raspberries and walnut on the nose, leading to notes of cherry, honeysuckle and hints of vanilla on the palate.
