Epris Rum 2011 / 12 Year Old / Bourbon Barrel / Single Cask Nation

70cl / 52.7% / Single Cask Nation – This rum was produced at Brazil’s Epris distillery in 2011, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel for 12 years and bottled by Single Cask Nation. There are aromas of mushy bananas, ripe mango, toasted almonds and coconut on the nose, leading to notes of tar and barnyard funk on the palate.
