Islay Rum Uine Mhor

70cl / 55% – The Islay Rum distillery is located in a former lemonade factory and is the first rum distillery on the island. This limited-edition rum was made using molasses and fermented using native yeast, along with distillers yeast, to create aromas of fudge, printer ink and almonds on the nose, with coconut, liquorice and black pepper on the palate.
