Nagahama 2018 / 4 Year Old / Sauternes Cask #1562 Japanese Whisky

50cl / 53% – This is a single cask whisky from Japan’s, Nagahama distillery, it was matured for four years in a combination of casks including an ex-bourbon, ex-Islay whisky and an ex-Sauternes cask. On the nose there are aromas of dried apricot, caramel and peat smoke, complemented by notes of cherry, orchard fruit and nutmeg on the palate.
