70cl / 52.7% / The Whisky Agency – This single cask bottling of an undisclosed Islay distillery is a collaboration between indie bottlers Three Rivers and The Whisky Agency. It was drawn from single sherry butt after 15 years and carries aromas of fruit cake, peat smoke and salted caramel on the nose, alongside notes of cracked black pepper and baking spices on the palate.
