Spey Fumare Cask Strength Batch 2 Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

70cl / 60.4% / Distillery Bottling – Batch 2 of the Speyside Distillery’s first-ever peated whisky, SPEY Fumare is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, adding layers of creamy vanilla to the rich peat smoke. Aromas of toffee apples, smoked herbs, malt cereal, honeyed nuts and flapjacks fill the nose. The palate offers notes of vanilla custard, stewed apples, caramelised brown sugar, toasty oak and rich peat smoke.
