70cl / 57% – Made under the tutelage of whiskey maker Dick Stoll, this bourbon has a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley and was bottled from a single cask without the use of chill-filtration. This is fruity and rich with a hint of pepper on the finish.
