70cl / 50% – Part of Waterford’s Arcadian Farm Origin range, Heritage Hunter explores the distinct flavour of a barley variety from a bygone era, named after pioneering plant breeder Dr Herbert Hunter. This Irish single malt began with just one 50g bag of Hunter barley, which was cultivated over several years to produce a harvest that filled 50 barrels.
