Tahiti 2017 / Bourbon Finish / Single Barrel Selection

70cl / 57% / World Class Spirits – This is a single barrel rum made from molasses in Tahiti, finished in an ex-bourbon cask to offer soft fruit notes with a citrus zing. There are aromas of freshly cut grass, hints of creamy vanilla and stewed tropical fruit on the nose, leading to lime oil, caramel and allspice on the palate.
